The rental is offering an outdoor Hottub year round overlooking river and forest. You may also use great bbq, paddleboards, bicycles, and basketball area during the summer months. Close proximity to hiking trails, bird watching, fishing and boat rentals etc. This cottage has been beautifully remodeled and decorated with its old features preserved. Smaller kitchenette with in kitchen dining offers fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, plateware and silverware. Great views of lake and forest from kitchen window and door that leads out to porch with outdoor seating arrangement. Bedroom offers Kingsize bed and pullout sleeper sofa. During the summer months, exterior loft may also offer 2 extra beds (floor mattresses). The cottage also offers a small bathroom (35 liter hot water heater), wi-fi connection and tv with Chromecast for streaming. In connection to the property you may also enjoy the hottub year round. Beautiful views of the river and forest from here. BBQ is propane (please supply your own) And the play area is equipped with bicycles, paddle boards, basketball hoop, hockey goal and trampoline. Seasonally. Please inquiry. AND, the beach goes all around the peninsula just outside the home (public). Good size rental for a couple or family for up to 2-3 children max. The cottage is being rented out when the main house on the same property is not occupied by other guests, hence private rental space at all time when it comes to hottub, amenities etc. Main house may be used for owner at the same time however Note that Sauna and Glasshouse may be added on for 750 sek additional per day rental. Swimspa 500 sek per day as add on rental also. Hence, not automatically included in this rental. Kindly provide your own bedsheets and towels if nothing else is agreed upon. No exit cleaning is being included, hence guest is responsible for leaving the cottage in the same clean condition as one found it in upon check in. Additional amenities may be added to the rental including sauna, glasshouse and swimspa (for extra fees).
