Villa Isles vacation home rental castle style entrance is surrounded by marble stone work giving this mansion a feel of grandeur continuing as you enter into the two story high entrance with the marble staircase and a grande chandelier. The second floor features two master suites, each with private bathroom. The Master bedroom suite elegantly decorated offers a king size bed, flat screen and seating area facing the wrap around patio sliding doors overlooking the Intracoastal. The walk in closet features a refrigerator complimented with a bathroom suite offering dual shower heads, spa bath and separate toilet room. Villa Isles second suite maintains 2 sets of bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom with an additional twin on the bottom, a trundle and an extra twin bed. Wood floors and Berber carpet run throughout this room perfect for children. Each suite has its own balcony, with a hammock and chaises perfect for beautiful sunsets in this holiday rental. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer for each floor, along with a built in ironing board. There is also access stairs to get onto the roof top terrace, giving you a great view of the surroundings, the ocean as well as fireworks to enjoy the various holiday and local events. Villa Isles holiday rental offers 4000+ square feet of living space finished with the highest grade materials, and as you enter into the large living and entertaining space you will truly appreciate the floor to ceiling custom wood work that embraces the entertainment wall with a large built in TV, and continues to the bar with a Subzero dual zone wine cooler, a custom built in cigar humidor, bar dishwasher and built in industrial style beer kegorator (filled upon request with draft beer of your choice).
Villa Isles custom kitchen offers a 5 burner gas stove with a pot filler, double ovens, built in microwave and warming drawer. The double size Subzero refrigerator completes this culinary level space with an open kitchen floor plan allowing the chef to interact with the guests while enjoying the water view through the over-sized glass sliding doors. All counter tops in the kitchen, island, and bar are solid granite. The dining room features a 'hot spot' with a restaurant like heated serving station for the perfect family holiday dinner. The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor have en suite beautiful marble bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and direct access to the spa and pool area, and the 2nd bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds easily converting into a king upon request. Villa Isles vacation home rental is built to entertain from the solid glass front seamlessly connecting to the lush outdoors pool area to the custom built heated pool surrounded by natural stone and a waterfall spilling fresh water into the pool. Adorned with lush landscaping connected with a stone walkway an attached heated spa overflows into the pool as well, giving it a unique "cove" like feel. Villa Isles holiday rental pool and spa are salt water chlorinated to be sensitive on eyes and skin our pool service is twice per week.
